Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern business-to-business transactions between T.K.M. Auto Tire Co., Ltd. ("the Company"), a wholesale sourcing and export company based in Bueng Kan, Thailand (Business Registration No. 0385555000135), and its buyers ("the Buyer"). By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these terms.

The Company sells tires on a wholesale, full container load (FCL) basis only. The Buyer confirms they are purchasing for business purposes.

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation on a proforma invoice. The Company may reject or cancel any order prior to payment confirmation, with a full refund of any amount received.

Each container in an order must be at least 80% full, based on estimated container capacity, unless the Buyer confirms otherwise at checkout.

Prices are indicative wholesale export prices per tire, quoted in US dollars, and may vary based on order specifications, brand, size, and market conditions. Final pricing is confirmed on the proforma invoice.

Displayed market reference prices are typical US wholesale market prices provided for comparison only; the Company does not guarantee that any specific resale margin will be achieved.

Payment terms follow a tiered system based on order history: new clients pay a 50% deposit with 50% due on delivery (Tier 1), progressing to 30%/70% (Tier 2), 10%/90% (Tier 3), and Net 30 days for loyalty clients (Tier 4). The Buyer's assigned tier and exact amounts due are shown on the proforma invoice. Orders are processed only after the Company verifies the Buyer's payment.

Bank details are provided on the proforma invoice and order confirmation page. The Company is not responsible for payments sent to any account other than the one confirmed in writing.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate per container ($1,650 per 20ft and $2,500 per 40ft) to any major port worldwide, subject to the volume discounts shown at checkout.

Container capacity estimates are approximate and may vary based on tire dimensions, nesting method, and loading configuration. Estimated transit times are indicative and not guaranteed.

Import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and related charges at the destination country are the Buyer's responsibility.

New tires carry the applicable manufacturer's warranty, where applicable, which the Company will facilitate but does not itself issue.

The Company is a wholesale sourcing and export company and does not claim to be an authorized or licensed distributor of any brand. Brand availability and specifications are subject to change.

The Company's liability for any order is limited to the amounts paid by the Buyer for that order. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit.

Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 7 days of container delivery, with photographic evidence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute shall be resolved by amicable negotiation first, and failing that, by arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand.
